I was very impressed with service by ASK and the admin team. Our ducted heating had stopped working, I called frantically at 8:30am with my one year old screaming in the background. The admin team were very empathetic and were able to organise for Adam to come out, I was prepared to wait a few days without heating BUT Adam arrived at 12:30pm the SAME DAY! They took the time to answer all of our questions and walked us through exactly how everything works, which we really appreciated.

Our central heating broke down, so I called ASK plumbing at 12 noon.
Their friendly team arrived within 90 minutes.
After assessing the problem it was discovered that the main controlling circuit board needed to be replaced. The guys had this in their truck and replaced the unit on the spot.
Our heating was back up and running before 2 pm.

At completion of work on heating unit in roof explained what was done and checked other gas appliances were working after adjusting gas flow. Also went above and beyond noticing a very small water leak in roof around flue and fixed that too.

The whole process was extremely professional from start to finish … our on-site consultation, through to fitting and installing.

Communication throughout was top-notch. We received updates about our upcoming booking and notifications telling us when the team were arriving onsite.
